It’s time again for Fitness Friday. I am sure am not the only person who got back on track this week. The holiday’s can be rough on not only your eating routine, but also your fitness routine. This week I stuck to the schedule I planned and finally got back into Brent’s gym.
Saturday 1/3: treadmill with incline 40 minutes
Sunday 1/4: planned on going to spinning, but overslept. That’s what I get for staying up too late on a Saturday night. Instead: treadmill with an incline 45 minutes.
Monday 1/5: Elliptical 40 minutes, lower body resistance with Brent, core and upper body at home.
Tuesday 1/6: rest
Wednesday 1/7: treadmill with an incline 40 minutes, lower body, upper body, and core home workout.
Thursday 1/8: rest
Friday 1/9: Spinning 40 minutes, lower body (gym), upper body, and core workout (home).
I have missed spinning a bit over the past few weeks. The class today is my favorite and really tough when you have missed your usually routine. Thank goodness you burn an insane amount of calories in spinning. I finally stopped at Starbucks for the hot chocolate I have been craving for a week!
One of the things I love the most about exercise is being about to listen to my favorite music. My favorite sound to workout to when I do my home workout is Stairway to Heaven. I have no idea why. I just like it! I keep forgetting to load it on my iphone, so I pull this video up on youtube and just let it play. Enjoy!
