It has been a few weeks since I posted a Monday Meal Plan. We have been very busy in our house with end of school year activities. Just this past weekend my daughter had her end of the year dance recital and my son participated in his 6th grade promotion. My baby is headed to middle school! Blogging took a back seat to family and work. In the work department I am now a VIDA health coach in addition to a bariatric dietitian. I will save info on VIDA for a post later this week. Stay tuned!
