Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter softened at room temperature
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl combine dry ingredients: flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oats.
  • In a mixing bowl cream butter with sugars.
  • Add in vanilla and maples syrup.
  • Beat in egg.
  • In small batches stir dry ingredients into wet until combined.
  • Slowly stir in nuts, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Let cool for 3-5 minutes.
