Ingredients
  

  • Salad
  • 2 cups Spring Mix
  • ½ Honey Crisp Apple cubed
  • 1 -2 tablespoons Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pecans
  • 1-2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • Vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl combine lettuce, apple, pecans, cranberries, and Gorgonzola.
  • Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  • Add about 1-2 tablespoons of dressing to your salad and enjoy!
