Baked Summer Squash with Gruyere

- 2 small zucchini sliced
- 2 small yellow squash sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Splash of white wine
- ½-1 cup of gruyere up to you how cheesy you want the dish
In a saute pan heat oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add sliced squash to the pan. Saute for about 5 minutes until tender.
Add splash of white wine and cook for another 2 minutes.
Place squash into a baking pan.
Sprinkle with gruyere.
Place squash in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake until cheese melts.
Optional: broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese.
